We printautomobile heat panels and switch panels, polarizer plates, LCD color filters,diffuser plates, color conversion filters, and light guide plates that are brightenedby an LED light source or a cold-cathode tube. We also perform special pasteprinting. These printing operations are performed by our original techniques.In particular, the printed parts that are brightened by a light source needshigh quality. The parts are processed under strict quality management in orderto create products of right color, right brightness, and no pinholes. Our richknow-hows that have been accumulated for a long time are reflected in ourprototyping, production, and inspection processes.

Do you haveany problem with LED? Does your LED emit good surface light? Does your LED havespots on the surface or low brightness? Our original technique can produce an excellentdiffuser sheet that enables good surface emission light. (The left half of thepicture shows spots on the surface andthe right half of the picture shows our good surface light-source.)

Super DiffuserPlate

This printeddiffuser plate makes white color much whiter and increases diffusingcapability. Our diffuser plate has uniform brightness for a direct lightsource. We also have a diffuser plate for an edge light source.

Diffuser Plate

By applying special printing to an acryl plate, the acryl plateenables uniform light emission when the plate is given light emission from theedge. We make simulation, prepare tools, prototype a model, and produce them.We also select the best plate that matches with a light source.
