Functional Printing
Shinei Screen has expertise in functional printing that enables uniform light distribution in luminance or light quantity. Taking advantage of this expertise, we design, develop, and produce the following display products. We also design and produce electronic circuits and housings.
Diffuser Plate (having uniform light distribution in light quantity)
By putting a diffuser plate over LEDs, light distribution of the plate becomes uniform in light qauntity, without loosing brightness.
Light Guide Plate (having uniform light distribution in luminance)
Since an LED light source is arranged on the side of a display, the display has a thinner shape. Our comprehensive expertise leads to this display.
Assembling
We assemble modules and finished products, as well as printing.
Variable Indicator
Combination of a printed sheet and an LED light source enables change of two pictures or letters.
Transparent Printing
When an LED light is applied to a transparent printed plate, a pattern image emerges.
Conductive Pattern Printing
We print conductive pattern circuits, resistors, and insulators, clearing severe quality standards.
